Our youth S&C programme is designed to build your young athletes competency with developing their strength, power and speed. Creating a strong foundation for their athleticism and improving their performance.

Adult Functional Training

Functional training is based around how we work in the real world. Developing your performance to carry more, move better and feel great out in the real world. On a 1-2-1 and small group basis we give you a foundation to build and retain your strength and power.

ABOUT ME

HI, I'M JAMES AND I'M THE COACH HERE AT STUDIO ONE.

I've been coaching since 2013, have worked with many individuals ranging from youth athletes to those wanting to play for longer with their grandchildren. I have a bachelor degree in Strength and Conditioning and a Masters in Exercise Medicine. Functional training is my style and being able to perform at your best, whether that is sports performance, job performance or daily task performance. At present, I am the Strength & Conditioning coach for the Shropshire Netball Pathway and coach many individuals to become a better version of themselves.
