ABOUT ME

HI, I'M JAMES AND I'M THE OWNER HERE AT STUDIO ONE.

I've been coaching since 2013, have worked with many individuals ranging from youth athletes to those wanting to play for longer with their grandchildren. I have a degree in Strength and Conditioning and a Masters in Exercise Medicine. I love functional strength and fitness with being able to have total body awareness. I love helping others and being able to bring out the best in them.
