ABOUT ME
HI, I'M JAMES AND I'M THE OWNER HERE AT STUDIO ONE.
I've been coaching since 2013, have worked with many individuals ranging from youth athletes to those wanting to play for longer with their grandchildren. I have a bachelor degree in Strength and Conditioning and a Masters in Exercise Medicine. Functional strength is my way of training and being able to have total body control. At present, I am the Strength & Conditioning coach for the Shropshire Netball Pathway and coach many individuals to become a better version of themselves.
